Photovation Elite donates to worthwhile fundraising efforts in our local schools, churches, and community organizations through the practice of offering gift cards for our original commissioned fine art portraits as an auction item for community fundraising events.  Through this worthwhile endeavor we are able to help our community raise thousands.

We want to continue these efforts and encourage you to view our website and determine if our original commissioned wall portraits may be a good match for your event. Please read all of this information and submit your requests in a timely fashion. Currently we are working to identify events for the upcoming Fall and Spring seasons.

Please submit your completed Donation Request Form prior to the scheduled event. Our decision will be based on many factors including … mission, vision and values alignment, recently attended fundraisers in your area …  and our sales history in your area.

If you meet the criteria and would like to partner with Photovation Elite for your event, please complete Donation Request Form. We will review each request and contact you in a timely manner.

Currently this offer is extended only to the Greater Atlanta Area.

Criteria:

For approved events, Photovation Elite will proudly donate up to 10 gift certificates. Each certificate is valued at $500 toward one of our commission fine art portraits.  (Wall portrait prices start at $719 and gift prints start at $147)

In order for us to consider your fundraiser for an auction donation, the following conditions must be met:

1. Offer only extended to schools, churches or local community organizations within the greater Atlanta area.
2. The $500 incentive/gift certificate includes $250 towards the purchase of a wall portrait and $250 towards the sitting fee. Total value: $500. The $500 incentive/gift certificate is non-transferable and may not be combined with any other offer. Cannot be used for business headshots
3. Organization must display all materials provided by Photovation Elite for your event (brochures, gift basket for donors, sample display portrait, tablecard, table attendant).
4. Photovation Elite will not be responsible for any misrepresentation of our donation due to the organization’s failure to include our company’s full and detailed donation description on any and all printed materials. Certificate expires 6 months beyond event date.
